Surgical Pathology Interpretation

What is Surgical Pathology?

This is the study of tissue removed from living patients during a surgery or biopsy to diagnose a disease. Typically, the pathologist uses a microscope to examine the cells in conjunction with the patient’s history to come to a final diagnosis.

Below are just some of the cancers I specialize in and diagnose on a routine basis:

  • Breast Cancer
  • Prostate Cancer
  • Lung Cancer
  • Pancreatic Cancer
  • Brain Cancer
  • Colon Cancer
  • Thyroid Cancer
  • Bone and Muscle Cancer
  • Uterine Cancer
  • Ovarian Cancer
  • Skin Cancer

I can go through all your tests, independently examine results (including pictures) and even recommend further tests if necessary. Additionally, I will do so in a transparent way, explaining how and why each conclusion was arrived to and fill in any knowledge gaps you might have to thoroughly understand your results.
